Exhortation: Renouncing the Spirit of Sickness

Sickness is a weapon that the enemy uses to steal, kill, and destroy. As believers, we have the power and authority in Christ to resist and renounce any spirit of sickness that tries to take root in our lives. Jesus came to give us life in abundance, and that includes healing for our bodies, minds, and spirits. By faith, we can declare victory over every form of sickness and disease, knowing that by His stripes we are healed (Isaiah 53:5).

Renouncing the spirit of sickness involves a declaration of faith, where we reject the enemy’s plans to afflict us and align ourselves with God’s will for health and vitality. The power of the Holy Spirit enables us to live in divine health, and we are reminded that healing is a part of the atonement of Jesus Christ.

Confession with Bible Verse

Confession:
I renounce every spirit of sickness and disease in my life. I declare that I am healed by the stripes of Jesus Christ, and I reject every form of affliction. My body is the temple of the Holy Spirit, and I command every sickness, infirmity, and pain to leave me in the name of Jesus. I am redeemed from the curse of sickness, and I walk in divine health. No weapon formed against me shall prosper, and every evil assignment of sickness is nullified in Jesus’ name.
