Exhortation: Covenant of Good Health

The covenant of good health is a promise from God, ensuring physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being to His children. In Exodus 15:26, God declares, “If you diligently heed the voice of the LORD your God and do what is right in His sight, give ear to His commandments, and keep all His statutes, I will put none of the diseases on you which I have brought on the Egyptians. For I am the LORD who heals you.” This verse highlights God’s willingness to preserve and restore health as we walk in obedience to Him.

As believers, we can stand firm on His Word, trusting in His unfailing promises for our health and wholeness. Jesus Christ paid the ultimate price for our complete redemption, including divine health, as expressed in Isaiah 53:5, “By His stripes, we are healed.”

Confession

Heavenly Father, I thank You for Your covenant of good health over my life. I declare that my body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, and every part of me is covered by the blood of Jesus. I stand on Your promises that no disease shall come near my dwelling (Psalm 91:10) and that You will keep me in perfect health as I trust in You. I reject every form of sickness, weakness, and affliction, and I decree that I walk in divine health all the days of my life. Thank You, Lord, for being my healer and for upholding me with Your righteous hand. In Jesus’ name, amen.

1. Thank God for His promise of good health and healing in your life.
2. Father, I repent of any sin that has opened the door to sickness in my life.
3. By the blood of Jesus, I cancel every evil covenant of sickness working against me.

39. By faith, I declare that I am free from every form of sickness and disease.
