Exhortation: Breaking Chains of Sickness

Beloved, the Bible reminds us that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19). Sickness and disease are not part of God’s plan for us. Jesus came to set us free from all forms of oppression, and through His death and resurrection, He broke every chain that holds us in bondage, including sickness.

We have been given the authority to declare healing and deliverance over our lives. It is time to rise and break the chains of sickness that have held us captive. God’s Word tells us that by His stripes, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5, 1 Peter 2:24). Therefore, as we pray, we declare that every chain of sickness is broken, and we walk in the victory of divine health.

Bible Verses for Healing and Deliverance:

• Isaiah 53:5 – “But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement for our peace was upon Him, and by His stripes, we are healed.”

I confess that I am the healed of the Lord. Jesus has taken away my sickness and disease, and by His stripes, I am healed. I declare that every chain of sickness, whether physical, emotional, or spiritual, is broken in the name of Jesus. No weapon formed against my health shall prosper. I walk in the fullness of God’s healing power, and I am free from every form of bondage.

“I will restore health to you, and I will heal your wounds,” says the Lord (Jeremiah 30:17). I claim divine healing and freedom from every sickness and disease. The Lord is my healer, and I trust in His Word.
